Nairobi Women's Hospital - Adams Arcade
The Nairobi Women's Hospital-Adams (NWH-Adams) is the newest branch of The Nairobi Women's Hospital! We are not only at the forefront of providing holistic, quality and affordable healthcare services but also healthcare services that are accessible. Situated off Ngong Road and opposite the Adams Arcade, this branch opened its doors in October 2009. The Nairobi Women's Hospital secured a lease with the former Masaba Hospital and we are therefore operating at the premises. The Nairobi Women's Hospital-Hurlingham continues to operate as we endeavor to bring excellent healthcare services to your doorstep.
Bed capacity of 88, the hospital is easily accessible by both private and public (Bus routes: 3, 4W, 4C, 24, 102, 111) means, all available at the Kencom Bus Terminus in the Nairobi Central Business District (NCBD).
Both our branches run on a 24hr basis and offers both out-patient and in-patient services. The Gender Violence Recovery Centre (GVRC), which offers free medical care to survivors of gender based violence, is also operational in both the Hurlingham and Adams sites.
The NWH-Adams and Hurlingham boasts of several specialized out-patient clinics including daily ante-natal clinics (ANC), daily gynaecological services. Special paediatric and immunization clinics and many others (see under Special Clinics) as well as a fully fledged maternity wing, a dental unit in (Hurlingham), paediatric wards, male wards, private rooms, two air-conditioned theatres.We will soon be open the doors to our new HDU and ICU units in our Adams Branch.
